is there a way to automate sending notifications to incident stakeholders?
We would like to have the process described under https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/send-notifications-to-incident-stakeholders/ to be automated, so that stakeholders automatically receive an email about each incident without the need for manual intervention.
The project feature Incident Management needs to be enabled and in the section Operations and the option Incident Managment the Responders option needs to be enabled.
Hi @Bartek Zakrzewski , it is my understanding that Stakeholders would be automatically notified with incident updates and this documentation would seem to confirm my understanding. what-is-stakeholder-communications .
