Automate Jira Ticket Progression Based on Azure Alert User Response

Hello, I need some help in Azure, if the fired alert User response changes to "Acknowledged", need to automatically move the corresponding JIRA ticket from "To Do" to "In Progress". While I can receive fired and resolved alert tickets using JIRA Mail Handlers.

I am unsure how to automatically move the JIRA ticket based on user response, like if the User response is acknowledged, ticket move to In progress state in Jira Board, if the user response closed need to move the ticket to Done automatically.

I tried using Alert processing rules, but there is no specified "User Response" field. Any Guidance on this would be highly appreciated.
