Auto-scheduling troubles in Portfolio 3.21

Hi all!  I am currently trying to auto-schedule stories but the start & end dates are not being assigned.  Any clue as to why the stories set up with below are not being assigned suggested start & end dates?

Here is what the stories have:

• No set start & end dates
• No sprint
• Set story points
• Set priority
• Set Team
• Set Assignee

The Auto Schedule should will be considering the time based and effort weighted elements for calculating the start and end dates and as you noted that the the story point, team and assignee, have values then focusing on those items we can make some assumptions about why its not calculating.

Since the story points are set the schedule should be attempting to estimate the dates based on this weighted value, unless the plan is using time based estimation like Days or hours under the plan settings and would therefore be ignoring a value in the story point field of the issue in favor of the other estimation statistic,  check the plan configurations under General >> Settings and make sure that Estimation is set to Story points:

Next in the same location of the plan configurations in the next section down,  check what fields are being used to visualize the roadmap, and confirm the fields you have set for your columns are the same ones set in the configuration here:
