Auto refresh

Is it possible to set the page to refresh automatically?

I have a kanban board that I display 24/24 on a big screen and they ask me to update and refresh the page and I would like it to be done automatically

Is it possible?

I think it's easier to do with your browser, eg for chrome there're bunch of "auto refresh" plugins you can easily search for.
