Auto creation of sub-tasks has been stopped suddenly?

Auto creation of sub-tasks has been stopped suddenly, although we have checked all authorization and workflow and all seems fine without any changes thus we would like an expert support to advise what could be the issue...thanks in advance for your support...

I am not expert support, but maybe can help a little quickly.  :-)

What are you using to auto create the sub-tasks? In the workflow itself? Automation For Jira? ScriptRunner?

And what error are you getting in any of those tools that you can share?

 Thanks for your reply, and please be informed that we are using Jira automation App to auto create the sub-tasks based on a transition from one status to another

this error message appear when i try to change my transition from one to another 

'error': Add-on 'com.gebsunsoftware.plugins.cloud.addissueontransition' disallowed to impersonate the user because 'no valid active user exists'
