We'd like to sync Jira with Catalyst. Here I see how to bring Jira issues into Catalyst, but we're trying to automatically create a Jira issue or ticket once a Catalyst note with a specific category (Customer Feedback) is created. Is this possible?
Response from Catalyst support team: In answer to your question, we do not currently have the ability to automatically create a Jira issue based on Catalyst field selections. The Jira integration's current functionality allows you to track issues in Catalyst, associate Jira issues to Catalyst accounts from within Catalyst or Jira, and makes it easy to see all current issues affecting accounts in Catalyst.
So we might try to REST Api route, but it'll take configuring, not plug & play out of the box I guess
