Auto assign to one of collaborators

Hello,
As in issue transition status, I need to automatically pick one of collaborators when issue transition is changed from in progress to in review status. [Code Review] Cycle
But currently I have issue in that.

I'm not sure how far you've gotten with this or where exactly in your efforts, you have encountered problems, but take a look at how Jira can smart-assign issues using Jira Automation:

If you can provide some more information about what you have tried and where it is failing, we can maybe offer some more specific help.

Thanks for your kind reply.
Please check the attached file.
As you can see I have collaborators label at the right section, and need to pick one of them automatically to be assigned later, when issue move from inProgress to inReview.
