Auto-apply template in Jira Cloud Create Issue screen with Forge

Hello everyone,

I’m developing a Forge app for Jira Cloud. The goal is to automatically pre-fill the fields when creating a ticket, based on the selected project and issue type.

Forge does not currently allow injecting Custom UI directly into the native Create Issue form.

My question:
Is there a Forge module or approach that allows me to:

1. Detect the selected project and issue type in the Create Issue form.

2. Automatically apply a template (summary/description) before the issue is created.
