Hi Rajesh,

Are you looking to create subtasks for all existing issues or for new/incoming issues from this point forward?

Hi am trying to create subtask for duplicate issue's which match the same summary

Dynatrace will trigger all the incidence from the servers in that many issue's are coming as duplicate like same incident many time happining and all of it will be triggered as an issue so i need to filter it and create it as a subtask.

through automation for jira i can able to find the duplicate issue with summary but i cant able to create it as subtask am missing some where.

Hi Rajesh,

If I understand correctly: issues are being automatically created by Dynatrace within Jira. While this is good to an extent, you are ending up with duplicate issues being created. You would like to have any duplicate issue opened as a subtask of the original issue?

Please review the automation on this ticket and see if it is helpful for you:
