If I create a portfolio plan based upon a scrumboard which it's self is based upon a filter, how do I create tickets in portfolio which auto populate the fields required for that filter?
1) Setup a JIRA Filter based upon searching for a JIRA Project + label or Component
2) Setup a Scrumboard using that JIRA filter as a reference
3) setup a Portfolio Plan using the Scumboard as a reference
4) Create a JIRA ticket in Portfolio and Commit change
5) Close and Reopen Portfolio Plan
RESULTS:
The ticket is missing from the portfolio plan since it does not include the label orComponent
EXPECTED:
Portfolio should automatically fill field based on the filter its setup with, or allow uesr to program a auto fill field.
WORKAROUND:
Need to open the tickets and add the Label or Component manually
