Authentication using eID

Hi Team,

I should use in Jira specifically for customer portal, CIE (digital identity card) as an authentication method, has anyone had experience with similar cases?

Hi @Davide Cascapera 

For atlassian accounts email and pwd are only auth method that you can use. What you can do to secure accouts more with MFA.

You can also connect your Atlassian suite with company identity provider and if it allow to login via card maybe this can work.

thanks for your answer, the issues is that is not for an internal use but, for a public service and the customer dosent  have a enterprise version and, unfrtunately, we cannot use a multiple IDP
