Audit log does not show the name of Author when the activity is related to User Management

Audit does not show the name of Author when the activity is related to User Management instead it shows "JIRA" in the author column

-- User addition/deletion directly affects monthly billing.

-- I removed a user to manage my monthly billing and somehow it was added back just one day before the bill was generated.

Is there a way i can figure out who did it ?

Can't see Nishant got an answer on this.  Interesting as I suspended a user on JIRA Cloud.  After a few months I can see in the audit log this user has been reactivated by 'JIRA'.  I'm the administrator and I did not reactivate this user.  Is this potentially a bug in JIRA?  The individual (along with others) were suspended as they no longer work as a partner for the company and so would be wrong to still have access to the project information we are actively working on. I've obviously suspended this individual again.
