Attachment added to work item but unable to see it (155 issue)

Hello Community,

I have added an attachment to my work item successfully.
However, I am not able to see the attachment properly.

It is showing 155, but when I try to open or view it, I cannot see the attachment.

I have already:

Checked refresh and reload

Verified that the attachment was uploaded

Can someone please help me understand:

Why the attachment is not visible?

Is this a permission issue or a system issue?

How can I fix this problem?

@Suraj Pawar Hi,

You may not be able to see the attachment because Jira does not allow more than 150 attachments on a single work item.

If you want to view more attachments, you need to use an add-on.
Here are some add-ons you can use:

Smart Attachments

Attachment Manager

Better Attachments

Please try using one of these add-ons to manage and view all attachments.
