Attaching Images with Keyboard Shortcuts (Ctrl + V) into Create Issue added image in selected issue

Environment:

• Windows

Error Description:

When in Jira Cloud, I enter the Backlog, select an issue, open it on the right side, and then create a new issue, if I use the Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut for an image in it, the image will be added in two places (in the new issue and in the one that was selected).

Steps to Reproduce the Error:

1. Copy any image to the clipboard.
2. Launch Jira Cloud.
3. Go to the Project.
4. From the left menu, select Kanban Board -> Backlog.
5. Select an issue; an issue view appears on the right.
6. Click the Create button on the top menu bar.
7. In the Create Issue popup, go to the Description section.
8. In the Description section, use the Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut (paste the image copied in step 1).
9. The image appears, and after a moment, a notification appears stating that the image has been added to the issue with a given number.
10. Going to the selected issue shows that the image is added there, which shouldn't be the case since it was meant to be added to the new issue.
