Atlassian page stuck loading 429 Request has been rate limited

Getting "429 Request has been rate limited" while fetching atlassian marketplace my apps page. also Jira OAuth 2.0 (3LO) failing

Hi @Harsh Mange 

I am facing a similar issue of deploying the app on my development environment using Forge. The status page of Atlassian is not change, but it should be since there are multiple incidents.
