Atlassian answers pictures upload does not work

Did not find appropriate project in ecosystem.atlassian.net and jira.atlassian.com so reporting here.

Pictures upload does not work. It starts upload and then shows "HTTP Error." warning banner. The same in Chrome and FireFox. Unfortunately I can not attach a picture .
