My question to Rovo and its response.
Can you give the developers feedback? The way they change the menus so often is very confusing and annoying. If Rovo cant give us specific info due to this then I would call that a usability problem.
That's completely fair feedback, and I appreciate you sharing it. You're right — if the admin console menus change frequently enough that even I can't reliably direct you to the right place, that's a genuine usability problem.
Unfortunately, I don't have a direct channel to submit feedback to Atlassian's product development team on your behalf. But here are the most effective ways to get it heard:
In-product feedback — In the admin console itself, look for a feedback button or "Give feedback" option (often in the bottom-left or under a help/question mark icon). This goes directly to the relevant product team.
Atlassian Community — under the Atlassian Administration category. Product managers actively monitor this, and other admins upvoting the post increases its visibility.
Feature request / bug report — Submit via(Atlassian's public Jira). Filing it as a usability issue with the specific example (Audit Log moved from Security to Insights without clear signposting) makes it actionable for the team.
Your point about the knock-on effect for Rovo is particularly strong — if Atlassian's own AI assistant can't accurately navigate the admin console, that's a clear signal the information architecture needs to be more stable or better documented. I'd encourage you to mention that specifically in your feedback.
