Atlassian Products Incredibly Slow After Server Crash

Hi,

My server/host crashed recently. Ever since, Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket are incredibly slow, like, really slow. Bitbucket times out my browser after 20 seconds. All of my other websites work perfectly fine. The machine has a load average <1 and there is plenty of RAM available.

Are there any caches I need to clear or something I can do that will reinstall without losing any project data? Keep in mind, I cannot access either jira or bitbucket. I would prefer if it was done through CLI.

Nevermind! I found out that it was my NGINX Reverse Proxy server that was causing all the issues. I traced it back to problems involving ipv6, disabling which (I don't recommend to those who experience this issue and normally have ipv6 enabled) solved my issue.
