Associated Issue Source

I've created a new team in portfolio, but can't find the board in the associate issue source dropdown menu.  I don't own the project.  Does that matter?

HI @Phyllis Rutka ,

When the projects in the plan are not showing up in the associate to team dropdown, this is most likely occuring if the issue source is set to either a project or a filter directly. 

To link boards to teams you must add the Boards as Issue Source otherwise the team cannot be linked as the connection occurs at the board level not the project or issue level.

Please check this out and let me know if this is the case.
