Associate a screen to Issue Operation "Edit Issue"

Susanne Mandi June 18, 2020

I have read through all the recommended documentation for this question, but I'm not able to get my screen "Edit Issue Screen" to show when I press the "Edit"-button when I'm in an issue.

I have created the screen, connected it to a screen scheme and associated the screen scheme to the issue operation "Edit Issue". But still I get the "Create Issue" screen when I choose to Edit the issue.

I can't find a way to connect my issue operation to my issue type screen scheme or to the project.

Can anyone bring me some enlightenment?

I'm afraid that if you have done that correctly, you would be getting the desired edit screen when clicking edit.  I suspect you have missed something.

To help you find out what is wrong, I'm afraid we need you to show us the settings in screen shots.  We'll need to see

The project's "issue type screen scheme" settings

The "issue type screen scheme" that shows what issue types use what "screen scheme"

The "screen scheme" that is associated with the issue type

Let me know if I can provide you with more information.
