Assistance Needed to Recover Previous Jira Records

Hello.
I used Jira a few months ago, but after being inactive for some time, I recently logged back in and encountered the issue shown in the attached image. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate any of my previous records.
Could you please advise me on how I can restore or recover my past data?
If possible, we would greatly appreciate your assistance in bringing back the previous data.
Additionally, I found it difficult to determine the correct way to request help, as the support process and navigation were not very intuitive. I am not sure whether posting this type of inquiry in the community forum is appropriate, so I would appreciate your guidance on the proper procedure as well.
