Assignee - From where?

Hello,

The assignees in out Jira have a lot of formats.

"first name"_"last name"

"firat name" "last name"

"first chae of first name""last name"

and others.

How can I make it in the same format?

From where Jira takes the Assignee value?

When each user is created, they will have been set with a particular "Display Name".  You will need to change these to what you want displayed, in the User Management section.

I can see only those fields to each user (attached), I don't see ' Display Name'.

Where is the 'display name' you said?

Sorry, it must be the Full Name field that is being used.  Can you check a few users and see if that's where they are different?

Yes, I checked and its not the Assignee fiels to all of the users.
