Assign multiple stories to one user at once.

Dear,

We are looking for a way to assign multiple stories (list) to one user at once. 

Is there a way in Jira to do this? And also we want to make a copy of several issues at the same time. Hope this is possible.

We are using Jira in the cloud.

Search for issues, the "issue navigator" will list them, and has some tools, one of which is "bulk edit" - use that and select the edit, you'll be able to set the assignee on the issues you've searched for (it has a secondary selection too, so your initial search does not have to be 100% accurate)
