When a new issue is created in Jira and its status is set to New, it should automatically transition to Awaiting TSO Approval. At this stage, a predefined approvers group must be automatically assigned, and email notifications should be sent to all members of this group requesting their approval.
Once the approvers grant approval in the Awaiting TSO Approval state, the issue should transition to TSO Approved. Simultaneously, the PMA group should be automatically assigned, and notification emails should be sent to the PMA approval team.
Finally, when the issue status changes to TSO Approved, it should automatically transition to PMA Awaiting Approval, ensuring the workflow progresses seamlessly to the next stage.

Is this a Jira Service Management project/space or a Jira Software/Business project?
Is it company-managed or team-managed?
Are TSO and PMA meant to be JSM approver groups, or normal Jira groups?
Should be doable as workflow + automation.
