Assign a Ticket to a Group and Notify them through Email

Hello,

I already created a custom field (assigned group) and selected group picker (single group).

Saved it, already appeared when I create new ticket. But, I cannot see any group on the dropdown list. My assumption is it will show all groups available on the users group? 

Hoping for anyone's help, I'm new in Jira.

please ignore, just have to click the group icon.
