Assign a Jira Data Center ticket based on a specific string in a comment

Hi Team! I need to know if I can create an automation rule that assign a ticket to an Email caught with a smart value.

Smart Value {{issue.description.match("Sender:\s(.*)")}}, with this I got the email that is in the description box but I can't get it as assigned. 

I tested the Smart Value adding a comment and it's ok, I got what I need.
