As an admin, how do I handle user errors on Cloud?

We're migrating from on-prem to Cloud. As an admin in on-prem, if a user reports an error, I can go look at our server logs to get an idea of what the problem is.

What are my options when a user reports an error while using Cloud? I have a test account set up (non-admin) that I've been using to create end-user documentation, and ran into an error saving changes to Personal Settings. If this had happened to an actual user, what would I do?

Hi @Esther Strom,

If you have such errors, you should have first a look at https://atlassian.statuspage.io/ if there is currently a known problem.

If there is nothing listed, you have to contact the Atlassian Support here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ , because you do not have access to any logs.

@Bastian Stehmann - thanks, that's what I figured was the case, but was hoping there would be a bit more I could do.
