As an Org Admin ..... why can't I update this user's profile avatar / pic ? Why it is showing as 'E

As an Org Admin ..... why can't I update this user's profile avatar / pic ? Why it is showing as 'External user' and 'details managed by user' ?

@Michael Green in cloud there is not a way to change this. The E is just the default since they have not chosen an avatar.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
