Are there any limitation on number of files that can be attached per Jira ticket?

I'm looking for an information - the max number of files that can be attached to Jira ticket? Jira storage policy has information about per file limit and total space but does not have information about max number of files allowed to be attached per ticket.

Hi @Vivek Muthusamy 

  For Jira Server:

  The default per file is 10 MB. 

  The maximum attachment size per file is 2 GB

 For Jira Cloud:

 The default per file is 1 GB. The maximum attachment size per file is 2 GB.

 I'd recommend contacting your local Jira admin to confirm exact limits and investigate the issue
