Are there JIRA plug-ins that can be added without admin access

As a PM, there are some plug-ins that I would like to test out on my own, before deciding to purchase a subscription for the team. However, contacting our admin just for trialing a plugin is rather tedious. Are there plugins that I can add on my own standalone account at first, without the need for an admin?

No, you have to be an admin to add Apps.
