The pop email server seems to be failing; any issues created via email are not finding their way to the jira board.
the mail configuration you have is add to the default one, is the pop protocol up at where the mail server is hosted
Can you check the connection, if this is still working?
Can you show details of your configuraiton?

I am not showing anything as down. Have you reviewed your configuration to make sure nothing has changed and is setup/configured like it should be?
