Hi, as the company, we are thinking about switching to the Jira Premium version.
We are currently checking the continuity and benefits of this move and encountered a problem with displaying timelogs from archived projects. We use Tempo Timelog to log times, and in the case of an archived project, a timelog is displayed with the description No project or No issue, which is certainly not sufficient for us. When I contacted Tempo support, I was told that it is not possible to see the archive projects due to the limitations of Jira's project rule.
My question is whether it is possible to bypass this somehow, or whether it is possible to somehow mark the archived projects and still have information about them that could subsequently be displayed in Tempo.
Thank you.
@lucie.bednarikova Once a project is archived there is no data from the project that you can use for review or reporting purposes.
The only workaround I can think of is to have a report exported from the tempo before archiving the project itself. This can be stored in a shared location/confluence for further reference.
