¿Está utilizando Jira Server/Data Center o está utilizando Jira Cloud? Si su URL se parece a la siguiente, entonces está utilizando Jira Cloud. De lo contrario, está utilizando Jira Server o Jira Data Center.

Creo que está utilizando Jira Cloud porque mencionó proyectos gestionados por equipos.

El archivado de proyectos solo está disponible para los planes Premium y Enterprise. Si está utilizando un plan gratuito o estándar, no tendrá la función Archivar proyectos.

I think you are using Jira Cloud because you mentioned team-managed projects.

Project archiving is only available for Premium and Enterprise plans. If you are using a free or standard plan, you will not have the Archive Projects feature.
