Approving Tempo timesheets

Is there a way we can remove the need to have timesheet approvers in tempo. We feel the function is not needed within our organisation.

Hello,

It is not possible to disable this process. It is on the other hand not required to use the Approval process.

If you do not want to use it within your Jira instance you can simply ignore the "Submit Timesheet" button.  Reports etc. will still be available.
