We have a ticket that needs 3 approvers to continue.
We set the manager as an approver and 2 more employees that are not managers but approvers.
Only the manager is getting notified but the 2 required approvers are not notified.
As you can see on the workflow "Waiting for approval"
This is where I set the manager
As you can see on "waiting for Support"
This is where I set the other approvers
How come only the manager gets sent with the email notif that they need to approve a ticket.
What or where am I missing?
Are you on server or cloud? Do all the approves have either a Jira service management account as an agent or customer?
