Approved issues are disappearing from Expense business board

Our Expense business board is not showing all the Approved expenses on the Issue board

It shows 1 on the board, but 41 issues when you use filter

JQL: project = {PROJECT} and status = Approved ORDER BY created DESC

Is Approved the last status farthest to the right on the board?

Is it part of the "Done" Status Category (color coded green)? 

If so, be advised that Business/Work Management projects will automatically hide green/done issues from the board display when the issue has been in that status for 14 days or longer.

No to the right of that is Denied, Cancelled and Billed.  However, Approved is highlighted in Green which would mean it could be defined as resolved.  However the Denied does not go away

Ok I fixed it by creating a new status called Finance that is not "Done" status and that seemed to work

Is Denied a green status? I think the automatic hiding applies only to the green statuses, and regardless of where they appear in the board, but haven't had a chance to test the theory.
