Greetings all.

I am new to JIRA and need some expert advice.

I want to restrict granting access to my users. All-access requests need to be approved by the requester`s manager and then the JIRA admin can grant access and close the workflow. 
Please help me adding the extra step of managerial approval to the workflow. currently, the access request does not have any approval process associated with it.
