Applying filters makes the board not visible for other users

Hi

So I'm trying to add a filter to a sprint to hide the sub-tasks in the sprint view but when I create a new filter, it makes the board not visible for other users. Other users get a pop up saying that the board is not accessible.

I think it's a permission issue but I don't exactly know how to fix it. To change the filter, I clicked on ... in the active sprint -> board setting -> General -> Edit Filter Query

While in filter page (After clicking Edit Filter Query) after adding "AND issuetype != Sub-task" to the Query, I don't have an option to save it to the existing filter. I rather have to create a new filter which is what I did. And then, once the new filter is created, I've selected it in board setting -> General but after that, other users can't see the board.

How can I resolve this?

Hi @Pourya Saber ~ have you checked filter permissions?  Click the Details link next to the name of the filter in the filter search screen and adjust accordingly.
