Application Feedback API

Hi, 

Is there any existing API's or methods of linking up a feedback form within an application to populate a list within JIRA when submitted by a user?

I'm not sure if this is what you're after, but here is the documentation for issue collectors - this allows you to put a button on a page (web, SharePoint etc.) which brings up a form; having completed the details on the form and submitting, an issue is created in Jira
