App plug ins or other tools to track project risks, actions, issues, decisions (RAID Log)

Hi there,

Any advice on specific app plugins anyone has used or other methods to best help project teams or programs to track project/program risks, actions, issues, decisions (RAID Log) in Jira Software? I could not find anything in the Marketplace, but I may not be using sufficient key words.  

Please let me know, if you have any recommendations.

Definitely check out RAIDLOG.com - it's the only purpose-built RAID solution, and they integrate with Jira.

I usually find these Apps are separate.

For Risks/Issues, check out these Apps:

• SoftComply Risk Register
• Risk Register
• Risk Register for Jira & Confluence

You could also create it custom to a degree, using custom fields, automation, etc.

For the rest, I'd consider if an App is needed - for example, you could create custom Issue Types to track actions (these are tasks?), decisions, etc.

What functionality are you looking for from these Apps if this isn't sufficient?
