The Jira mobile app is not working on my device. It shows the following message:
“Device unsupported — you can’t use Jira because your organization requires your device to have a hardware‑backed keystore and a security update within the last year. Contact your administrator or use another device.”
This issue started recently; the app was working fine earlier. I need assistance to understand why this requirement is now being enforced and how to resolve it

As stated in the message you need to contact the administrators of the Jira system you are trying to access.
Here we are a user community. We are users of our own instances. We don't have access to the one you are using.
I recommend that you contact the technical support team within your company about the issue you're encountering.
