App Download

Hi Jira community,

I'm having issues downloading Microsoft Teams for Jira Cloud on my main Jira site which has 400 users, I can download it on my sandbox environment with only 3 users but It's not showing up on the main company's Jira site. Users are requesting it and I want to download it, how can you guys help.

@Ismail Sanni Is the app installing and you are unable to configure and set it up?  Or are you unable to install the application?

The application is not install at all. The page doesn't load

@Ismail Sanni that usually means there is an issue on your instance.  You should just submit a support issue to Atlassian here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/   They can look at the instance and fix it.
