App Disappear

I'm thinking this is a bug in Jira ( maybe ) 

Basically I tried installing TM4J App, once it installed , i can see it in the apps menu and on the left side also . But after few minute it disappears .  And it shows on the Audit Log that I installed it and then uninstalled it. 

have anyone seen this ? Is there a workaround or a solution ?

Is your Jira instance hosted in Atlassian Cloud? or AWS/Azure?

Did you check the logs to see the errors behind the plugin disappearing after each installation?

The logs will be the best place to start from.

Please look for the error lines and share with us after hiding any confidential information.
