Anyway to select a specific sub-task to generate rather then generic sub-task?

I would like to be able to choose from a list of sub-tasks I have in JIRA to use with automation. Is this possible? Right now I can only seem to spawn a generic Sub-Task rather then for example "IT Sub-Task"

I have the same question. Is this easily customizable by a JIRA admin or do you need a plug-in to do this?

Are all the subtasks part of the issue scheme for the project?
