Anyone getting a Slack + JIRA connection issue?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We are having trouble connecting a project to a channel in Slack today.
Process:
1. SLACK: /jira connect

2. SLACK: wants to authorize JIRA
--------------------------------------------
3. JIRA to authorize connection - this is where I get the error:

4. To be clear, JIRA has the Slack connection turned on:
Any help would be great!
