Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is not really an error code, it's a unique marker that is being written into logs and error reports from many Atlassian systems, enabling Atlassian support to group together the various errors and inform people who have had the same problem.

You should report this to Atlassian at https://support.atlassian.com/contact , all they need is your site URL, the error message (in text, no need for a screenshot), and a quick description of the action you took that triggered it (e.g. "clicked on create", "clicked on a field to edit it", "clicked on a transition to change the status")
