Any plug-in of JIRA which providing vote, discussion and mobile capabilities

Hi All

We have adopted the JIRA Self-hosted Server version for a while. Now we are looking for a plug-in of JIRA which providing below functionalities 

- Discussion for some new idea raised inside JIRA

- Voting in JIRA

- Compatible with Android & iOS mobile devices (mobile app installation required being ok too)

Any recommendation? Thanks.

Jira already has a voting system built in.  (I think it's far too simple, but it's worth a look before you go for add-ons)

Discussion documents are usually done in Confluence rather than Jira, as it's built for that, whereas Jira is built to be an issue tracker.

We don't consider Confluence at the moment because it still requires some time on implementation and train our users to adopt it. We have 1 week more calendar days to complete the implementation. It is one of the most critical factors. We also know about there is a plug-in called "Ideation" to provide such functionality but it must rely on Confluence.

Besides, mobile compatible is also important because a group of users would work on it without a fixed location and without laptop / tablet.
