Any ideas on how I can automatically keep stakeholders sighted on my backlog?

My organisation has Jira and Confluence but only the IT department has licenses.

I'd like to make our team's backlog - i.e. the Stories and their priority ordering - visible to our stakeholders in 'the business' team that we are working with.

The solution doesn't need to give access to an Atlassian product itself, some sort of report would be fine, but I'd like it to be automated and either live or daily.

I tried giving a user a Confluence Guest account and a link to a page with the appropriate Jira query but, of course, this didn't work as the user doesn't have access to Jira.

Ideas please!

Hello @Adam Taylor

For a daily report of issues you can use a Saved Filter with a Subscription, but that would require the users to have Jira accounts if you want it delivered directly to them.

Another option would be to use a Scheduled Automation Rule to generate the list and send it via email to the stakeholders. With the Send Email action in an Automation Rule you can explicitly specify the recipients' email addresses, and they are not required to have Jira accounts.
