I am not able to download trail version for Portfolio for JIRA and getting "An unexpected error occurred. Refer to the logs for more information."

Ok, and what do the logs say?

(If you're really using Cloud, you don't download, you add Portfolio in your my.Atlassian management account. If you're on Server, then the logs will tell you what is wrong)
