An error message keeps popping up when I try and link Jira cloud to my microsoft teams

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I try and log in to link Jira cloud with my Microsoft teams, I get an error message. No one else on my team has this problem. Our It department could not figure it out after troubleshooting for over an hour yesterday. They recommend that I reach out to Atlassian. How do troubleshoot this error message (see picture)
